Tuscany Palm is fully licensed for short-term rentals in Florida for a maximum of 12 guests. To comply with Florida State Law, everyone staying in Tuscany Palm must be listed on the booking form, including all children. In order to book your rental a deposit of £350.00 per week is required. When booking, please send payment together with completed booking form and signed copy of the terms and conditions form to the address stated. Upon receipt of payment and signed documents the booking will then be confirmed in writing. The balance will be due 10 weeks prior to departure together with a refundable security deposit of £150.00 per week. The security deposit will be returned upon confirmation from the management company that no damage or loss has occurred during your stay. Check-in on the day of arrival is 4:00pm and departure on day you leave is 10:30am. Late arrivals or departures are available if requested prior to your stay and is subject to £50.00 charge. Please note that we only accept family groups and is strictly a No Smoking and No Pets home. In the event that you have to cancel your booking for whatever reason the following cancellation charges will apply:
