The weekly rates shown above include:

• - Use of Tuscany Palm luxury home and all its facilities, i.e. pool table, air hockey table, swimming pool and cable TV.
• - All electric (except pool heat), water, air conditioning and heating
• - Wireless internet access and free calls within the USA, Canada and UK.
• - All bedding, linen and towels.
• - Use of the Terra Verde resort facilities
• - All sales and tourist taxes
• - House cleans before and after your stay

In order to book your rental a deposit of £350.00 per week is required. Please send payment together with completed booking form and signed copy of the terms and conditions form.

The balance will be due 10 weeks prior to departure together with a refundable security deposit of £350.00. The security deposit will be returned upon confirmation from the management company that no damage or loss has occurred during your stay.

Pool heating is recommended from October to April and is £15.00 per day to cover the additional electric costs. Please note that it will usually take 1-2 days for pool heating to reach the optimum water temperature.

Please respect the following rules for use of the slate based pool table during your stay:

• - Do not place food or drink on the pool table as this could stain the pool table felt.
  
• - Do not sit, climb or stand on the pool table as this could break the slate base.
  
• - Do not lift or move the pool table as it has been specially leveled in its position.
  

Any damage caused to the pool table will result in charge being incurred. The approximate cost to re-felt the pool table is approximately $300.00 alone.
